Les Eyzies welcomes a huge number of tourists each year - between 800,000 and 1 million, according to the tourist office. In the summer, it is heaving and you would do well to book everything in advance!

The Tourist Office, situated on the main street in the centre of the town, is more or less opposite the Café de la Mairie. They can help you discover the Dordogne-Perigord region its history and its local cuisine. They can also help with accommodation in hotels, campgrounds, chambres dhôtes (b&b's) and guest houses.
